About Holly
Holly joined RCVS Knowledge in 2026 as a Project Officer in the Quality Improvement (QI) team. She has an academic background in animal welfare with an MSc and PhD in this field, as well as research posts encompassing farmed animals, gamebirds and pets. Holly has predominantly worked for NGO’s in animal health and welfare roles, including providing technical guidance, advocacy, strategy development and evidence-based policy creation. Her 6 years with an assistance dog charity involved closely liaising with the veterinary sector, to manage the health of working dogs and puppies in training.
Holly carries on the animal theme outside of work, fostering for Cats Protection at home. She also enjoys wildlife watching, and a spot of kayaking!
