This Anaesthetic Safety Checklist has been developed by the Association of Veterinary Anaesthetists with permission to share on this website for use by veterinary professionals.

The checklist is split into three sections:

  1. pre-induction
  2. pre-procedure
  3. recovery.

Also included is information about recommended procedures.
