Editor-in-Chief at Veterinary Evidence

We’re looking for an Editor-in-Chief for our diamond open access, peer-reviewed journal, Veterinary Evidence.

Key details

Role title: Editor-in-Chief 

Role type: Remotepart-time, voluntary 

Term: 3 years, with option of renewal  

Estimated hours: 8-10 hours per month 

About the role

We are looking to appoint an Editor-in-Chief for our diamond open access, peer-reviewed journal, Veterinary Evidence.

The role of the Editor-in-Chief is to provide strategic and editorial leadership for Veterinary Evidence

Supported by the Managing Editor and Editorial Office, the Editor-in-Chief will maintain the editorial integrity of the journal, ensuring all decisions and processes reflect the highest ethical and scholarly standards. They will shape the journal’s strategic direction and ensure Veterinary Evidence remains a leading source of accessible, clinically relevant EBVM content for the veterinary professions. 

Working in partnership with the Editorial Office and Editorial Board, they will enhance the reach, reputation, and impact of the Veterinary Evidence journal.
