About the session

This session outlines a practical, step by step approach to delivering contextualised care, informed by our roadmap and early implementation learnings from the UK. It explores how veterinary teams can intentionally integrate clinical evidence, professional judgment, and the individual circumstances of pet families into everyday decision making.

Attendees will gain insight into the enabling conditions for contextualised care, including culture, communication, reflective practice, and team alignment, as well as how this approach can improve access, strengthen trust, and support ethical, sustainable care delivery in real world practice.
