- how to add a practice if you are not yet registered
- how to add a practice if you are already registered
- how to change your main practice if you are already registered.

There are two ways to add a practice on the Canine Cruciate Registry:
- If you have not already registered you can use the veterinary surgeon’s registration form. After you fill out your details, you can add a list of practices here.
- If you are already registered on the Canine Cruciate Registry you can add more practices or even change your practice by sending an e-mail to amplitude at customer.support@amplitude-clinical.com you must include the name of the veterinary practise as it shows on the register of veterinary practises premises and the practise premises post code.
