Significant event audit: rabbit anaesthetic mortality

This case example uses the significant event audit (SEA) process to analyse the death of a rabbit that was under anaesthetic for a routine castrate procedure. SEAs are used to analyse adverse events, identify the factors that led to the event, and make improvements so they can be avoided in future.
