This course is suitable for all veterinary professionals and members of practice teams, including receptionists and practice managers.

What you’ll learn

Managing veterinary medicines provides knowledge on safe and responsible use of veterinary medicines and medicine regulations. By taking this course you will:

• find out the roles and responsibilities of the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) and the core legislation involving medicines
• understand how to safely and legally store and use medicines within your practice
• learn how to run your dispensary safely and efficiently
• find out more about using QI to prevent errors in the dispensary.
