This case example shows how the team at The Laurels initiated a clinical audit to monitor hand hygiene and compliance to uniform protocols within practice. Sandra Hunt, practice manager of The Laurels, was awarded Highly Commended in the 2020 Knowledge Awards for this QI initiative.
