We’re hiring a project manager to support our quality improvement work.

Job title: Project manager

Type of employment: Fixed term contract (to end 30th September 2027)

Location: Hybrid. At least one day a week in the London office.

Reporting to: Head of department

Direct reports: Project Officer/s

Salary: £41 – 46K per annum

About the role

We are looking for a collaborative and experienced project manager to join our team.

This role will have responsibility for delivering on our programme portfolio which includes contextualised care, national audits, registries, antimicrobial stewardship and sustainability. A hands-on role for a team player who can combine project management with delivery, and who has an applied understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based methodologies.

This is a varied and interesting role which will see you coordinating partners, ensuring high-quality outputs and supporting the development of new resources, research and sector-facing activities. You will provide team management whilst ensuring the smooth running of complex workstreams, from planning through to evaluation.

This role is a fixed term contract to cover an extended period of maternity leave.
