About this event

Due to popular demand, our quality improvement CPD is back, and this year we’re on the road across England!

If you want to make meaningful, practical changes to benefit your patients and the people who care for them, but aren’t sure where to begin, this event is for you.

Suitable for the whole veterinary team, this full-day, in-person event delivers 6 hours of interactive CPD, led by our QI experts Lou Northway, RVN, and Julie Gibson, MRCVS.

You’ll gain practical insights, renewed confidence and the inspiration to turn quality improvement ideas into real change back in practice.

It’s time to put ‘we’ve always done it this way’ in the bin and embrace a ‘could it be better?’ mindset. We’re not just talking about clinical outcomes but full-circle practice life. What would you like to improve in your workplace? Come along and let us show you how you can do it!”

Lou Northway, RVN QI expert and event host

What to expect from the day

By attending this dynamic, in-person event, you will understand how QI can help you turn ideas into meaningful change. By the end of the day, you will be able to:

We know that QI is starting to become embedded in practices, but with so many competing demands, it can feel overwhelming! Let us help debunk the myths surrounding QI and empower you to make changes that really matter.”

Julie Gibson, MRCVS QI expert and event host

Veterinary quality improvement matters because good patient outcomes are deeply interconnected with how people feel and function at work. By asking what gets in the way of a good day for teams and patients, QI tools turn everyday frustrations into practical, achievable improvements.”

Rachel Clay, MRCVS Exclusive guest speaker
